We provide support to individuals and families with mental health challenges. At Alpha we ensure that all our staff receive training in Mental Health & Addiction and Behavioural Management. Our Responsive Behaviour training equip our staff to identify triggers that alter the individual state of well being.
Dementia
Our staff are professionally trained to work to improve the lives of people with dementia, Alzheimer’s or any other degenerative cognitive or neurological conditions.
Behavior Management
Our behavioural training is focused on helping individuals with behaviours that are associated with cognitive or neurological impairments due to complex mental health addiction and dementia challenges.
